As a founder-owner of CS Investment Managers, William brings extensive experience in institutional and private client investment. As chair of the investment and asset allocation committees, he is responsible for the overall direction of investment policy and strategy, and oversight of the investment research activity. He also leads the Executive Management Team in setting the overall objectives and governance arrangements of the Firm. William is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment.

A law graduate from Edinburgh University, Linda’s career has spanned over 25 years in the legal and investment industries. She is the Compliance Officer at CS Investment Managers, with additional responsibilities for the policy formulation, strategy and management of the business in her capacity as an Executive Director. She is also Company Secretary.

Liam is an experienced member of the Investment Committee that formulates and implements the Firm’s investment strategy. As a manager under the Senior Management & Certification Regime, Liam manages client portfolios combined with research responsibilities, selecting the funds and stocks that make up our range of customised portfolio solutions. He is currently a CFA 3 candidate and graduated with an Honours degree in Actuarial Science from Heriot-Watt University.

Scott plays a key role within the investment management team in providing the investment managers with the financial analysis and performance metrics used in decision-making at internal Investment Committee and Asset Allocation Meetings, of which he is also a member. Scott is a CFA charter holder and graduated from the University of Edinburgh with Distinction in MSc Finance, and the University of Glasgow with First Class Honours in Economics and Business Management.

Trehan is the newest member of the Investment Management Team, joining us in 2023. He is involved in the financial resource gathering and analysis of both current and potential assets for the Investment Managers while assisting with the monitoring of client portfolio performances. Trehan has passed 2 levels of the CFA Program and graduated from Loughborough University with a Merit in MSc Investment and Finance, and Middlesex University with a First-Class Honours in Business Management and Finance.

Kerryann has been instrumental in implementing the firm’s processes and procedures that underpin the work of Operations, over which she has oversight of the quality assurance and compliance aspects of service delivery. Kerryann is responsible for management and compliance reporting, and is our Money Laundering Reporting Officer.

Gillian leads the team responsible for the delivery of client services and brings to the role more than 25 years of experience in financial services. She has extensive knowledge of all administrative, operational and regulatory requirements, and is integral to efficient service delivery at every stage of the relationships with our clients and their professional advisors.

Shannon is one of the main points of contact for clients and their professional advisers. With over 8 years of experience within the financial sector, Shannon has a strong knowledge of operational and administrative procedures. She plays an important role in ensuring our client’s journey is as efficient as possible.

Sarah plays a key role across all business functions. She assists management with the quality control of business development initiatives, the training & competence of all personnel, the monitoring and record keeping of compliance standards, and the issue of a range of management and compliance reporting.

Maureen joined the team in 2024 and has over 26 years’ experience in financial services. She is the first point of contact when you phone or come in to meet us at CS Investment Managers. Maureen provides a high quality of administrative and organisational support across different areas to management and other team members and is essential to the efficient running of the office.

Millie is a 4^th year Graphic Design student at Edinburgh Napier University, who joined us in Summer 2023 as an intern. Now working with us as a Consultant, Millie creates and designs content for our social media and marketing initiatives. She works closely with the Business Support team providing support with marketing and business development.

CS Managers engage Ellis Wilson Limited for independent FCA regulatory advice, compliance assurance and assistance.

Our lead consultant is Jon Wilson, who co-founded Ellis Wilson Ltd in 2018, having worked for 12 years as Director of Project Consulting at one of the UK’s largest regulatory consultancies, and previously at UBS, S.G. Warburg & Co and the regulator. He is a Chartered Accountant.
